10. FME Credits Usage Terms

1. Non-Withdrawable Funds: FME Credits funds added to FindMyExpertise.com (FME) are strictly for platform use and cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.

2. Usage Restrictions: FME Credits funds can only be used for:

   • Purchasing site and user subscriptions.

   • Buying Book My Services.

   • account-to-account transfers between users.

   • Supporting crowdfunding campaigns within the platform.

3. Funding Method: FME Credits deposits are processed through PayPal or Bank FME does not hold or process user funds directly.

4. Fraud Prevention: Suspicious transactions may result in account review, suspension, or restrictions.

5. Policy Compliance: Users must comply with PayPal’s terms and FME’s policies regarding FME Credits usage.

6. No Refunds: Once funds are added to the FME Credits, they are non-refundable except in cases of proven fraud or unauthorized transactions.

12. Commission Cut:  FindMyExpertise.com takes a 20% commission on earnings from the support page, book my services, video course sales, and post monetization. This commission helps maintain an ad-free experience and covers third-party payment processing, website hosting, platform development, and overall service improvements.
