Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to FME. This Refund Policy explains our terms regarding refunds for subscription packages and consulting services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to our services.

Subscription Packages

All subscription packages on FME are non-refundable. This includes both general site subscriptions and mentor monetization subscriptions. Once you have subscribed, you will have access to our services for the entire duration of the subscription period. You can cancel your subscription at any time if you choose not to continue, but you will not be eligible for a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account settings on our website. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current subscription period, at which point your subscription will not renew, and you will not be billed further.

Consulting Services

For consulting services purchased through FME, we offer refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and protect our users from fraudulent activities. Refunds for consulting services are available only in the following cases:

  • Unfinished Work: If the consulting service was not completed as agreed upon or was left incomplete, you may request a refund.
  • Misleading Information: If the information provided during the consulting service was misleading or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Lack of Expertise: If the consultant did not demonstrate the claimed level of expertise or failed to provide the expected professional service, you may qualify for a refund.
  • Service Not as Described: If the consulting service provided did not match the description or the scope agreed upon, you may request a refund.
  • Fraud or Scam: If you have been a victim of fraudulent activity or a scam, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Delivery of Services: If the consultant failed to deliver the services within the agreed timeframe, you may qualify for a refund.
  • Violation of Agreement: If the consultant violated the terms of the service agreement or contract, you may request a refund.

To request a refund for consulting services, you must raise a complaint via email within one week of the service date. Send your complaint to [email protected], including all relevant details and documentation to support your claim.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will review your request and discuss the issue with the consultant involved. If your complaint is deemed valid and substantiated, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days. The amount refunded will be based on the nature and extent of the issue raised.

  • 80% Refund: If a refund is approved, 80% of the refunded amount will be sent to your earning tab, from which you can withdraw.
  • 100% Refund: Alternatively, the full refunded amount (100%) will be added to your wallet, which can be used to purchase other consulting services on FME. Please note that wallet amounts are not withdrawable.
