Once you have subscribed, you will have access to our services for the entire duration of the subscription period. You can cancel your subscription at any time if you choose not to continue, but you will not be eligible for a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account settings on our website. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current subscription period, at which point your subscription will not renew, and you will not be billed further.
Consulting Services
For consulting services purchased through FME, we offer refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and protect our users from fraudulent activities. Refunds for consulting services are available only in the following cases:
