You are welcome to create and monetize content in the following formats:

• Files: Upload documents, presentations, or other files relevant to your field.

Responsibilities as a Mentor

As a mentor, you are responsible for:

• Providing Value: Offer meaningful insights and knowledge to your mentees.
• Maintaining Professionalism: Conduct yourself with integrity and respect.
• Being Responsive: Engage with your audience and respond to queries promptly.
• Encouraging Learning: Foster a supportive environment for mentees to learn and grow.

Your role is crucial in shaping the learning experience of others. Strive to be a positive influence and mentor.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on FME:

• Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, national, or international laws.
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, violence, or hatred against individuals or groups.
• Plagiarized Content: Material that infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Explicit Content: Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material.
• False Information: Misleading or deceptive content that could harm or misinform users.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the removal of content and suspension or permanent ban of your account. Additionally, if these guidelines are violated, your earnings will be frozen and you will not be able to withdraw any amount from your account.

Revenue Sharing

FindMyExpertise.com operates on a revenue-sharing model:

• Platform Fee: We retain a 20% commission on all earnings from monetized content. This commission supports our expenses for hosting, referral programs, payment processing fees, human resources, and research and development in future technologies to provide the best services to our community.
• Creator's Share: You will receive 80% of the revenue generated from your content.

Payments will be processed according to the platform's payment schedule.
