This page outlines the guidelines and policies you need to follow to maintain a professional and positive experience for both you and your clients. Please read these guidelines carefully.
How It Works
To ensure a smooth and efficient consulting experience, please follow these steps:
Place an Order:
As a mentee, select the consulting service you want and click "Buy."
Add Funds:
Ensure you have sufficient funds in your wallet before purchasing. Then, click the "Pay Now" button.
Access Purchased Services:
After payment, navigate to the Purchased Consulting page and click on your service.
Order Status:
In the top left corner, you'll see the status marked as "Placed." Wait for your mentor to contact you.
Mentor Access:
Mentors can view orders by going to the Orders section and clicking on the purchased services.
Service Status:
Mentors can also see the order status in the top left corner. Click on it to update the status as necessary.
Start Services:
Once the service is accepted, the status will change to "Processing."
Service Completion:
After the consulting service is complete, the mentor will click "Shipped."
Notification & Confirmation:
The mentee will receive a notification indicating the service has been marked as "Shipped." If satisfied, click "Delivered." This action will transfer the payment to the mentor's account. If the mentee does not change the status to "Delivered," the payment will not be transferred. If dissatisfied, the mentee can request a refund. The FME team will review the case, and if it falls under our refund policy, the mentee will receive a refund within 7 working days. As a mentee, once you mark the consulting service as delivered, the amount will be transferred to the mentor's account, and you cannot request a refund.
Write a Review:
The mentee can now click on "Write Review."
Provide Feedback:
Write a review detailing your experience with the mentor's services.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure the highest quality of consulting services on our platform. However, in certain circumstances, refunds may be necessary to protect our users. Refunds will be issued to clients under the following conditions:
- Unfinished Work: If you fail to complete the consulting service as agreed, the client is entitled to a full refund.
- Misleading Information: If you provide misleading or inaccurate information during the consulting session, the client may request a refund.
- Lack of Expertise: If you are unable to demonstrate the claimed level of expertise, the client may be eligible for a refund.
- Service Not as Described: If the consulting service does not match the description or scope agreed upon, the client may request a refund.
- Fraud or Scam: If a client reports fraudulent activity or a scam, they may be entitled to a refund.
- Non-Delivery of Services: If you fail to deliver the consulting services within the agreed timeframe, the client may qualify for a refund.
- Violation of Agreement: If you violate the terms of the service agreement or contract, the client may request a refund.
All refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed, and if the complaint is valid, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. Repeated reports of misconduct or service failure may lead to further investigation and action.
Accountability and Conduct
As a consultant on FME, you are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and conduct. The following rules must be observed:
- Professionalism: Always conduct yourself professionally and respectfully towards clients. Provide accurate and honest advice, and maintain integrity in all interactions.
- Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of client information. Do not share or disclose any client details without their explicit consent.
- Timeliness: Deliver services promptly and within the agreed timeframe. Communicate any delays or changes to the client in advance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the services you provide are of high quality and meet the expectations set in your service descriptions.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards applicable to your consulting services.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle any disputes or issues professionally and strive for a fair resolution. Cooperate with the platform in resolving any client complaints.
- Transparency: Clearly outline the scope, cost, and duration of your services to clients. Avoid any hidden fees or unexpected charges.
- Client Feedback: Encourage and be open to client feedback to improve your services. Address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly.
Consequences for Non-Compliance
Failure to adhere to these guidelines and maintain a professional standard of service may result in the following actions:
- Warnings: Initial reports of misconduct may result in a warning and guidance on how to improve.
- Suspension: Repeated reports or serious violations may lead to temporary suspension of your account.
- Account Termination: Persistent issues or severe breaches of conduct may result in permanent account termination and a ban from the platform.
Revenue Sharing and Fees
At FME, we believe in fair compensation for your expertise. Consultants receive 80% of the revenue from each sale of their consulting services. The remaining 20% is retained by the platform as a commission to support our expenses for hosting, referral programs, payment processing fees, human resources, and research and development in future technologies to provide the best services to our community.
Payments will be processed promptly, and you will receive your share of the revenue within the agreed payment schedule.
